WestCoast Entertainment offers groups of 20 or more discounts and/or priority seating when available. Discounts vary per performance.

All 20+ seats do not have to be in the same price category, but they do have to be in the same performance.

Payment may be made by cash, check, money order or credit card.

With a deposit of 20% of the total or full payment is received we will place your tickets on a guaranteed basis. Final payment must be received on or before the date specified on the contract or within 10 days of written notice in the event of a sell-out situation in the judgment of WestCoast Entertainment.

Final payment determines seat location. (The sooner your final payment arrives the better your seats will be.)

All group orders are filled on a best available basis. Dates of group sales are subject to change due to availability. Seat availability will vary by performance dates.

Tickets will be mailed out after final payment, or placed at will-call if requested.

A ticket track will be provided with your tickets. As group leader it is your responsibility to know the exact seat location of each of your members. This will allow us to replace tickets should they become lost or otherwise destroyed.

No refunds, exchanges, cancellations or reduction of tickets is possible. If full payment is not made by the date due, your tickets will be released for public sale and you will remain responsible for payment to the extent they are not resold.

Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to additional shows.

Additional seats can be requested after deposit or final payment (a minimum of 6 seats per request please) and will be placed on a best available basis. Efforts will be made to seat them as close to your group as possible if requested.
